By submitting a registration form, booking a trial lesson, enrolling in a course, or making any payment to Super Panda, the student or the student’s parent/guardian confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
⸻
1. Course Registration & Enrolment

b. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including the student’s name, contact details and any relevant medical or safety information.

d. Registration does not guarantee a particular class, coach, venue or schedule until the class arrangement has been confirmed by Super Panda.
1.2 Trial Lessons
a. Trial lessons may be offered subject to availability and the prevailing trial arrangements.
b. A trial lesson does not guarantee a permanent place in a regular class.
c. Regular enrolment is subject to class availability and completion of the required registration and payment procedures.
⸻
2. Children’s Group Swimming Classes
2.1 Course Structure
a. Children’s group classes are normally conducted once a week for 45 minutes, with four lessons per month.
b. Each student is assigned a fixed weekly class slot.
c. The monthly tuition fee is based on the student’s reserved class slot and course arrangement, rather than the number of lessons actually attended.
d. Class placement may be determined according to the student’s age, swimming ability, experience and learning level.
2.2 Class Size & Placement
a. Super Panda will make reasonable efforts to maintain an appropriate class size and learning environment.
b. Super Panda reserves the right to move a student to another suitable class or level when necessary based on the student’s progress, ability, safety or operational requirements.
c. Parents/guardians may request a class transfer, but any transfer is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

b. Individual make-up lessons are generally not provided for adult group classes unless otherwise approved.
c. Students may be absent for consecutive lessons provided that all 10 lessons can still be completed within the applicable 3-month course period.
d. Any lessons not completed within the course period will normally be forfeited and will not be refunded or carried forward.
⸻
4. Private Swimming Lessons
a. Private lessons are arranged according to the agreed number of lessons, duration, venue and fee.
b. Private lesson packages are subject to the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
c. A private lesson cancelled with less than one day’s prior notice, or a lesson missed without notice, will generally be considered a completed lesson.
d. All lessons within a package must be completed within the applicable validity period.
e. Unused lessons after the expiry of the package validity period will be forfeited and will not normally be refunded or rescheduled.
f. Requests to change the date or time of a private lesson are subject to coach and venue availability.
⸻
5. Fees & Payment

a. All course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated by Super Panda.
b. For children’s group classes, monthly tuition fees are normally due by the 1st day of each month.
c. For adult group courses and private lesson packages, payment is generally required in full before or upon commencement of the course/package.
d. Fees are based on the applicable course arrangement and are not automatically adjusted according to individual attendance.
5.2 New Children’s Enrolment
a. New children’s group students are required to pay one month’s tuition fee plus one month’s deposit upon registration, unless otherwise stated.
b. The deposit is used to offset the student’s final month’s tuition fee when the student withdraws in accordance with the required notice period.
c. The deposit does not normally cover temporary absence, holidays or an unpaid regular month while the student remains enrolled.
5.3 Late Payment
a. Parents/guardians and students are responsible for making payment by the applicable due date.
b. Super Panda may suspend lessons or release the student’s reserved class slot if payment remains outstanding.
c. Lessons missed as a result of suspension due to outstanding payment will not normally be eligible for make-up or refund.
⸻
6. Withdrawal & Cancellation
6.1 Children’s Group Classes
a. A minimum of one month’s advance notice is required for withdrawal from a children’s group class.
b. The student is expected to remain enrolled during the notice period.
c. Subject to the required notice being provided, the deposit will be used to offset the final month’s tuition fee.
d. Students may not simply stop attending or stop paying for an entire month during the notice period, as the class slot remains reserved for the student.
e. The notice period allows Super Panda reasonable time to offer the vacant class slot to another student.
f. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the deposit being used to cover the required notice period and may affect the refundability of the deposit.
6.2 Adult Group Classes
a. Adult group course fees are generally non-refundable once the course has commenced.
b. Withdrawal from an adult group course does not automatically entitle the student to a refund for unused lessons.
c. Exceptional circumstances may be considered by Super Panda on a case-by-case basis.
6.3 Re-enrolment
a. Students who withdraw and later wish to return must register again subject to class availability.
b. Re-enrolment will be subject to the prevailing course fees, schedules and Terms & Conditions at the time of re-registration.
⸻
7. Absence Policy

a. Students are expected to attend their scheduled lessons regularly.
b. Personal absence, travel, family commitments, school activities or other non-medical reasons do not automatically entitle the student to a refund or fee reduction.
c. For children’s group classes, students who are unable to attend should provide at least one day’s prior notice.
d. Where applicable, a make-up lesson may be arranged subject to availability.
e. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and may be arranged at another suitable class timing, venue or with another coach.
7.2 Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show

d. A make-up lesson that has been arranged but subsequently missed by the student will normally be forfeited.
⸻
8. Long-Term Medical Leave
a. Students who are unable to participate in swimming lessons for an extended period due to medical reasons may submit supporting medical documentation to Super Panda.
b. A temporary suspension or withdrawal due to long-term medical circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
c. Any approved suspension or special arrangement is subject to Super Panda’s approval and operational availability.
d. Where a student withdraws due to a qualifying long-term medical condition and sufficient supporting documentation is provided, Super Panda may consider the treatment of the deposit on a case-by-case basis.
⸻
9. Prolonged Absence & Automatic Withdrawal
a. A student’s class slot remains reserved while the student remains enrolled, even if the student does not attend.
b. Missing an entire month does not automatically cancel the student’s enrolment or waive the monthly tuition fee.
c. If a student is absent for two consecutive months without prior notice or communication, Super Panda may consider the student to have withdrawn from the programme.
d. In such circumstances, outstanding fees remain payable and the deposit will generally not be refundable.
⸻
10. Class Transfers & Schedule Changes

⸻
11. Coach Changes & Substitute Coaches
a. Super Panda may assign a substitute or alternative coach when the regular coach is unavailable.

c. Super Panda will make reasonable efforts to maintain continuity and quality of instruction.
⸻
12. Weather, Lightning & Pool Closures
a. Swimming lessons may continue during rain when the swimming pool remains open and the lesson is considered safe to conduct.
b. Swimming pools may temporarily close due to lightning risk, haze, severe weather or other safety considerations.
c. The decision to close a public or private swimming facility is made by the relevant pool management or facility operator.
d. Coaches and Super Panda do not control the pool’s closure decisions.
e. Parents/guardians and students should refer to the relevant pool management for the latest pool closure information when necessary.
f. Where the pool is closed but a safe alternative lesson can be conducted, Super Panda may arrange land-based training, swimming theory or SwimSafer theory where appropriate.

b. The 5th occurrence of a scheduled weekday in a month is normally a scheduled break.

b. The applicable holiday arrangements will be communicated to students and parents in advance.
